We saw this large shrub in Lawrenceville while we were doing a nearby installation. It stumped several of us, and we still are not sure what it is. The first photo was taken on November 19. I took the 2nd close-up photo on December 2. Thanks for the help.

This tree is a Loquat, or Japanese Plum. It is a semi-tropical fruit tree that doesn’t bear fruit north of Jacksonville, FL, and only spasmodically there. There is more information here: http://www.hort.purdue.edu/newcrop/morton/loquat.html
