Definitely Paulownia tomentosa (Royal Paulownia, empress tree, princess tree, etc.)

When comparing the shape and size of the leaves found on the internet, I think this is a Empress Tree.

Leaves look like Paulownia (Empress Tree) which can produce a lovely spring show of purple flowers but is also very invasive.

Do you get groups of smallish, open white flowers in the spring? And long beans in the Fall? It looks very much like a Catalpa.
