This plant has come up in a flower pot on the deck. It is very large and I don’t know if it is a weed or not. If it’s a weed, I need to get it out, so the rest of the flowers have a chance.

If it’s in the wrong place it’s a weed and indeed this one sounds like it’s in the wrong place. Maybe an Empress tree seedling. If so, it should be enjoyed from a distance.
