It maybe a type of Delphinium or Consolida. I’m guessing Delphinium. It will be difficult to narrow down which cultivar this is, since flowers from florist, some are grown for commercial purposes only. There are plenty of other species & hybrids in both genera for home gardeners for cultivation.
