    1- Can’t see the flowers to be certain. Maybe a type of Photinia. Sorry, I do not know which species or cultivar this is. Check out some of these species and their cultivars and see if you have a match. PHOTINIA serratifolia, P. glabra, P. davidiana, etc… https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Photinia 2-Maybe a type of Mexican mock orange (Choisya). This might be a cultivar of Choiysa ternata ‘Sundance’.
