Notes:
Tree growing in a park near the GA/FLA border. I thought it might be a weeping (or standard) pyracantha, but there are no thorns visible.

Looks like Ilex vomitoria ‘Pendula’ Weeping yaupon holly. While the pyracantha berries are supposed to be edible… better let the birds have these… But… maybe you could make tea from the leaves. http://www.eattheweeds.com/hollies-caffein-antioxidants/
