    looks like poncirus trifolata…or hardy orange is the common name. I’ve not checked my facts from google.
    I’ve used the little fuzzy fragrant yellow fruits in a bowl (& coming back to the room and the frangrance is wonderful).
    …but watch dem thorns!

    This is a Trifoliate Orange (Poncirus trifoliata). It’s related to citrus, but can escape cultivation, particularly around old farms.
