Notes:

My sister sent me these. She lives in Phoenix and her neighbor’s vine has breached their property’s dividing wall. It’s blooming now (in November). Does anyone have any idea what it is? She’s not sure if it is something she should encourage or remove.

These flowers look similar to those of two different vine species with the same name ‘snail vine’, they are Cochliasanthus caracalla (fragrant) & Vigna speciosa (non-fragrant). Link below with more information of these vines, maybe your sister could find out which one this is. Best wishes! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cochliasanthus
