Thanks to all for your comments and I totally agreed with you at first. Then my sister sent me a picture as these flowers developed. I think Jim is right on the first picture. I could be wrong, but there seems to be 2 different kinds of flower between the top photo and the other two. In the first photo there is a linear leaf with white stripe in the middle, the flower has green stripe along its outer side like that of Star of Bethlehem. http://ipm.missouri.edu/IPCM/2008/3/Pest-Update-Star-of-Bethlehem/

I believe it is Nothoscordum bivalve, commonly known as Crow Poison or False Garlic.I have a lot of it in the woods and yard and mistook it for Star of Bethlehem at first.It is very pretty and doesn’t seem to cause any problems for neighboring plants. http://ozarkedgewildflowers.com/spring-wildflowers/false-garlic-nothoscordum-bivalve/
