Notes:
IÕm not really sure what kind of plant I am growing. Started out as bulbs, and was told it was a Cannas plant but it has no flowers. Grows in 2 different colors, green and brown but that is all I know. Can you help me out.

Those look like Canna’s to me. They’re more of a summertime flowering plant so I wouldn’t be concerned you haven’t seen the bloom stalks yet. If the bulbs you planted were on the small side, they may not bloom until next year but they look super healthy where they’re at.
