Virginia Creeper is the suspect

This plant is growing in my ivy. I suspect Virginia creeper but sure would like a second and more likely correct opinion.

    Yep, thats creeper. I’m actually trying to eradicate my ivy and am leaving the creeper. Its a nice native groundcover and very pretty in fall (if it gets some sun in summer).

    I pulled a bunch of this stuff off of a fence last week. I broke out in a terrible itching, burning red rash just like my husband does when he is exposed to poison ivy. After doing research I found that a lot of people are very sensitive to this plant. i can roll around in poison ivy with no problems but this creeper did a number on me. I would not take a chance when working with this plant. Wear long sleeves, long pants and gloves. Even if it has never bothered you before, there is always that first time as was my case. After working with it I would advise removing clothes carefully and wash clothes and yourself as soon as possible.
