I have a fescue lawn, when it is not dead. This grass has just appeared and is doing very well in an area of my lawn that sees a lot of sun. What is it and where can I get some more?

Two possibilities. Compare to centipede grass and Bahia grass. Get a good look at the seed head as soon as possible. There is not much growing season left for either.
