This Plant flowers in the month of November and December in Eastern Himalayas

Without seeing the rest of the plant difficult to say. Could be Kalanchoe blossfeldiana or even Cotyledon orbiculata (or any number of Cotyledons)

Thanks for ur reply. It has shed it leaves now. I will try to check and take photos of the leaves if available and post. Before flowering the leaves looked like kalanchoe daigremontiana.
