Notes:

It is an upright plant, in partial sun, loses leaves in the winter. It has large deep red flowers, and we would like to know what it is and have more.

    It is a kind of Tree Peony. Could be
    “TOICHI RUBY” as far as I can tell. But you can search for tree peony varieties. They are beautiful. I have a yellow one.
