Notes:
The big trunk looks like a cherry and the limbs “weep”. Leaves in center of picture are the ones in question. We think it is a cherry but it never blooms. In backyard in Dunwoody, thanks

Possibly weeping cherry sucker growth. This growth originating below the graft would not bloom and should be pruned back.
