Notes:
Waxy leaves, thick bush, red thick stems. It seems to have a rubbery lighter green stem growing out of some parts.

Maybe a type of radiator plant (Peperomia). I don’t know for certain which species this is. Although these leaves look similar to those of Peperomia glabella, I’m only speculating.
