    OK, I’m changing my mind. ( I don’t know if you had posted twice, in case you had not this is the same anwer for both.) IÕm going to take a wild guess here, those might not be flowers, they could be a type of airplants (Tillandsia). Check out some of the species i.e. T. fuchsii, T. tectorum etcÉ click any images on link below for enlargement. If that isnÕt that, make new post with close up photo.     Hope you will try again with another post. I do like to see a close up of the photo, particular of those wavy branches and the white flowers. I have some ideas, but with out more info I’m reluctant to hazard a guess. Best wishes
