Hi Jean Parker, the image is not on here for close up observing. I can’t tell from the photo if the wavy “stems/branches?” are part of the “white flowers”. I’m going to take a wild guess here, those might not be flowers, they could be a type of airplants (Tillandsia). Check out some of the species i.e. T. fuchsii, T. tectorum etc… click any images on link below for enlargement. If that isn’t that, make new post with close up photo.
