What flowering bush is this?

It stayed green all winter and even bloomed in Jan.
It looks like a Camillia. They bloom in the winter and stay evergreen. At least mine do in Atlanta.

Yes, this is a camellia. One thing I recently learned about this bush is that it is a good idea to pick up the buds after they drop off. If not, your bush could develop “blight.”
Can an established camellia bush be transplanted? If so when is the best time to move the bush?
