dark green leaves with lighter edges
It’s one of the variegated Sansevieria trifasciata cultivars. The pattern looks like ‘Laurentii’. There are lots of others, see http://www.plantshots.com/cat134.htm.
That’s a mother in law’s tongue, otherwise known as snake plant. It’s a shade plant that is virtually indestructible.
its a snake plant it will produce very small green flowers down each side of the leaves when it gets older.the flowers smell really nice.tuff plant but doesnt take to the cold more of a house plant
