Neighbor in subdivision has these in their front beds. We love them but they don’t remember what they are called. Thanks!

I can’t tell for certain which genus of conifer yours belongs too. I’m wondering if maybe a cultivar in the false cypress genus Chamaecypris) (?). Possible the ‘Vintage Gold’ in the Sawara cypress (C. pisifera). I suggest you take a branch with thes photos to a garden center and ask the staff on site to help you find a match.
