This plant grows in all the parks in NYC. They are gorgeous! What is it? Will it grow in Georgia? Where might I find one? I have been told it could be a hydrangea hybrid or HollyHock (?)
Thanks,

Thank you! I am searching the internet for them now. I have lots of places on our west Cobb farm to plant these. Do you know if they can sustain the Georgia summer heat?

I live about 130 miles south of Atlanta and my oakleaf hydrangea does fantastic.
Like your other responses, the picture you posted sure looks like an oakleaf hydrangea to me.

Oakleaf Hydrangeas are native to the southeast, so they are well adapted to our climate. Plant as many as your landscape can handle and enjoy their beauty!
