   It’s Lysimachia clethroides, a/k/a Gooseneck Loosestrife. It can be a very invasive plant, sending multiple runners under the soil which spread in every direction. If you want to keep it, consider cutting the bottom out of a nursery plant pot and sinking in in the ground with the plant in the middle to keep it from spreading where you don’t want it.
