Maybe a type of loosestrife (Lysimachia). Check out fringed loosestrife (Lysimachia ciliata ‘Purpurea’). Best wishes! https://www.google.com/search?q=Lysimachia+ciliata&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwj-naieteDNAhWIdT4KHeQNDJcQiR4Ifw&biw=1867&bih=909#imgrc=_
