Maybe a cultivar or species in the evergreen Viburnum (?). Can you give us more details of the tree, i.e. photos of the tree, and closeup of tree trunk, leaves on branch? For now check out an evergreen species of the genus, the sweet viburnum (V. odoratissimum). According to sources, this species can grow to 26 ft. Again, I’m only speculating. Best wishes!

I think it is sweet viburnum. The bark looks the same and it is evergreen. THANK YOU!
