Notes:
This plant appeared in my neighbor’s garden amongst her azaleas. It is about 3 feet tall with no berries or flowers. It has 2 smaller ones growing underneath it

This might be a species of the Amorphophallus genus. It is hard to narrow down the ID with out its flower. Its common name: voodoo lily is share by two other genus Dracunculus vulgaris and Typhonium venosum. The leaves of your neighbor’s plant looks very similar to Amorphophallus genus.
