Notes:
I believe this is a yew but it has the most fragrant white flowers in the spring. Younger leaves are not variegated.
Which variety of yew? (taxus)

Doesn’t really look like a yew. Not that it doesn’t happen, but I haven’t seen blooms on a yew.
Could it be a serissa foetida?
