Mine haven’t started blooming yet, maybe next week… But I wonder if it might be a mock orange? It seems too late for spirea and too early for deutzia.

A little hard to tell exactly from the photo. It looks to be a Deutzia, Possibly one of the double-flowered types like ‘Candidissima’ ( http://www.botanicalstockphotos.com/photo-deutzia-scabra-candidissima-5541.htm ). It could also be a spirea, perhaps one of the Spiraea cantonensis cultivars like ‘Lanceolata’ ( http://www.botanicalstockphotos.com/photo-spiraea-cantoniensis-lanceolata-7909.htm ).
