I would have said it was a white poinsettia (Euphorbia pulcherrima) like http://www.botanicalstockphotos.com/photo-euphorbia-pulcherrima-eckes-white-17717.htm but those yellow-orange bits have me confused – unless they’re remnants of the seed pods.
