Notes:
White vine covers fence. Also seems to be planted nearby maybe by birds? Pink flower in front.

1st plant is a Hedychium species. But not H. coronarium white is solid white.

Number 1 is Butterfly ginger, Hedychium coronarium. This maybe the cultivar named “Elizabeth”. Number 2 maybe ” Sweet Autumn clematis” Clematis terniflora.
