Notes:

As a child we used to pick wild huckleberries in the Georgia mountains. They were small knee high plants with blueberry like fruit. Recently on.my property in Paulding County, I discovered a 7′ tall bush with small blueberry like fruit on it. What is it?

    Compare the leaves to other blueberry leaves that you can find. I think you’ve got a nice blueberry bush there, but do recommend tasting one, ripe, blue berry with the tip of your tongue before going nuts eating them…

    looks like a highbush or rabbiteye variety of blueberry. I am not recommending that you eat anything unverified however.
