This plant just started to grow in our back yard. I have never seen this plant before.Is it a form of squash?

   Sure looks like a squash plant to me! Maybe someone dropped a seed?

   in the squash family,they have yellow flowers,are day bloomers,as where gourds have white flowers,bloom at dusk or later,need a certain moth to pollinate at night,looks like it’s happy.
