I have had this Palm for 3 years and it just put out these yellow clusters…never have seen it do this before. What are these clusters?

Those are the flower buds. They will open into large heads of tiny yellow flowers that develop into small grape-like fruits that become blackish blue when ripe in late summer to autumn.
