Questions:
Q: I have
several pine trees that foam during a hard rain. There are bubbles at
the base and the suds run down these trees as well.
- Rhonda M.
Q: I'm trying to
determine if a "dwarf oyster plant" will survive as a perennial in
Atlanta. I found it at a home improvement store. - Tex P.
Q: This maple is
in my front yard. Apparently a branch grew out of the tree, then
somehow reversed course and grew back into the trunk. - Randy C.

overlooked.

Knowledge:
Exposed Tree Roots
Surface roots are
common around maple, oak and magnolia trees. If there is even the least
bit of erosion or human traffic under the tree as it ages, big roots
are exposed. Sometimes they can be one to four inches above the
surrounding soil. Sound familiar?
