Rose Mosaic (Mottle) Virus
Q: Can you look at the pictures of my rose plants and suggest if they have rose rosette virus or something else? Each picture is of a different plant.
A: Good news: I don’t think it is rose rosette virus
Bad news: it looks like rose mosaic virus
Good news: you don’t need to destroy the plant immediately
Bad news: You need to do it sometime
The mottled appearance of your rose leaves looks like other plants’ virus symptoms and I don’t see the characteristic thorniness and red stems of rose rosette virus.
