Without closeup photos of the needles and cones to help narrow down, this looks like some of the genera in the Pinaceae family. – Canadian hemlock aka eastern hemlock (Tsuga canadensis). – Deodar cedar aka Himalayan cedar (Cedrus deodara). – Alantic cedar (Cedrus atlantica (syn. Cedrus libani var. atlantica). I recommend you check out The American Conifer Society for its exact ID and which species is best for south of GA. They are the experts! Best wishes! http://southeast.conifersociety.org/
