Calico Scale – Identification
Q: Any idea what these black and white things are? They are on the trees along a front walkway near Atlantic Station.
A: They are calico scale. You can control them by scraping them off the trunk and keeping watch for any that come back next year.
Scrape them off as well and the problem should be over.
