It reminds me of a plant that I learned as “Butter and Eggs”, aka Linaria vulgaris ,a species of toadflax. If so yours has had a hard life.

The flowers look like oenothera. Whether it’s a cutleaf primrose (Oenothera laciniata) or common evening primrose (Oenothera biennis) or another type… I can’t really tell from the pics.
