Maybe a type of dayflower (Commelina)? Since there is no flower to narrow down its ID. Link below with various species to compare with yours. According to sources, the Commelina benghalensis is listed on the Invasive Plant Atlas of the United States. In my own experiences the C. communis (Asiatic dayflower) also is a nightmare to weed ugh! https://www.google.com/search?q=Commelina+diffusa&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiR2a2I1trMAhXJSyYKHQxNA40QiR4IhgE&biw=1919&bih=909#imgrc=_
