It’s hard to tell without flowers & fruits. Perhaps you could give us an update in a new post when these in bloom. For now, a wild guess this could be a genus in the Amaranthaceae family? The included link is for the prickly chaff flower/devil horse whip (Achyranthus aspera) species. Click on image twice to enlarge. Again, I’m only purely speculating.
