Iris – Selection and Care
Q: I love iris flowers but they seem to all bloom at the same time in spring. Do some iris bloom later than others?
A: Indeed they do. There are plenty of choices for bloom time.
The iris family is quite varied. There are bearded iris, Dutch iris, Siberian iris and Japanese iris, to name a few.
Clemson University has a great factsheet on different iris species and their care.
