Deer Repellent – Make Your Own
Q: I have had pretty good luck with a product called Grant’s Deer repellent, but I can’t find it anymore. Walter has mentioned another spray product. Can you recommend anything else?
A: I mentioned that you could make your own egg-based repellent by mixing a couple of eggs in a gallon of water and straining the resulting glop through cheese cloth or panty hose. Sprayed on susceptible plants, it seems to work better than most.
