Wildlife – Food Plots
Q: I’d like to establish a food plot for wildlife: deer, turkey, quail, etc.
What should I plant?
A: Dr. Mike Mengak at UGA has written several publications on food plots. If you have the land and the energy to get it done, establishing a food plot can really increase your hunting harvest each year!

Remember that one of the keys to success is liming the soil beforehand. Most wildlife food plants do MUCH better if the soil pH is correct.
