This might be a type of Clerodendrum. The photo is too close up to be certain among these three Clerodendrum: -Giant Salvia, Japanese Glorybower(C. japonicum, C. squamatum). -Java Glorybower, (C. speciosissimum). -Pagoda flower (C. paniculatum). I am leaning toward the first one.
