Notes:
This came up earlier this year and has now finally flowered. The second photo shows it’s trunk. Can’t tell yet if it is a vine.

That just about nails it, as it lead me to abutilon theophrasti which more closely, but not precisely, resembles mine. In general, it seems to be an invasive plant which leaches the soil of nutrients to the point that it affects farming, especially corn. Thanks Rihard
