Notes:
This vine appeared innocently enough in early spring and even has tiny yellow flowers (about the size of the top of a #2 pencil eraser), but now has almost taken over my Blue Rug Juniper in my front yard. I try to rake it out, coat it with Round-Up, etc., to no avail. The little “seed pods” shown in the photo fall off very easily and then the vine sprouts there. It looks similar to a wild cucumber, but the seed pods (what would be the cucumbers) are not fuzzy or prickly.
