Notes:
These are two different plants located in the same bed in my yard. One is bletilla and the other is toad lily (tricyrtis hirta). They are transplants from elsewhere in my yard, where they are very healthy. I transplanted them a few weeks ago in March. I wonder why they both look so sick and wonder if anyone has any ideas. Thanks!

The mulch seems pretty close to the plant. The symptoms look like root rot.
Try pulling back the mulch to let things dry out.
