Notes:
Ligustrum look sick! We planted several of the new Sunshine ligustrum plants 2 years ago. They looked great for a time, but are now losing at least 75% of their leaves. Any ideas what might be happening?

Wet roots
Weed n feed damage from being applied anywhere in shrub root zone
