With out visible flowers to help narrow down, this looks like either the broad-leaed helleborine (Epipactis helleborine) or the long-bract green orchid/ frog orchid (Coeloglossum viride/Dactylorhiza viridis). According to sources E. helleborine is considered both “Weed? Exotic plant?” Although I’m leaning toward the broad-leaved hellborine, but with out seeing a closeup flower, it’s a guess. Check out these included link for both. Best wishes! link to broad-leaved heeleborine. http://msue.anr.msu.edu/news/homeowners_battling_a_weedy_orchid_invading_lawns_and_flowerbeds
