Notes:
I imagine that I will have a number of plants I need IDed in the coming weeks. I just moved into a house in central Iowa where the previous tenants allowed unfettered overgrowth along one line of the property. I think this is likely a woody weed given how much of it’s growing but would love an ID to know what I am dealing with. Thanks

I forgot to add; I’m taking a wild guess here, your might be a type of ninebark shrubs (Physocarpus). Maybe common ninebark aka eastern North America (Physocarpus opulifolius). Check it out and see if you have a match. Best wishes! https://www.google.com/search?q=Physocarpus+opulifolius)&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwi8w6SUprzOAhUDOCYKHXXkC3gQiR4IhwE&biw=1867&bih=909#imgdii=9WHQ-o08J4-OKM%3A%3B9WHQ-o08J4-OKM%3A%3BbrhKI9vSn4lhwM%3A&imgrc=9WHQ-o08J4-OKM%3A

Welcome to the forum & congrats on your new home Keith! The plant’s inflorescences (fruit clusters?) are not clear enough to help narrow down its ID. Could you make new post with a close-up of the inflorescence? Thank you and best wishes!
